About Ticket House
Ticket House is an independent seller of tickets and VIP hospitality packages for football, Formula 1, boxing and other major events, serving fans in the UK, the Gulf and worldwide. We are not affiliated with any club, league, promoter or event organiser; names are used for identification only.
How booking works
When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. We confirm your booking and only then take payment. If the package is unavailable, the hold is released in full. All prices are per person and charged in GBP, plus a 5% booking fee. Where you book more than one place in the same package, seating is in the area shown for that package; exact seats are allocated by the venue or ticket issuer and shown on your tickets. Where group bookings are seated in a particular way (for example in pairs), the package says so.
Event time changes and refunds
Event times can change (TV schedules, promoters or race organisers); if yours does, we tell you. If an event is rescheduled, rearranged or postponed (a new date, time or venue), there is no refund and your booking stays valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund everything you paid, including the 5% booking fee. See our refund policy and terms.
