1. Who we are

Ticket House (Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE; office@tickethouse.net, +44 7359 424931) is an independent seller of tickets and hospitality packages for football, Formula 1, boxing, concerts and comedy. We are not affiliated with, or authorised by, any club, league, team, promoter, organiser or venue.

2. Prices and booking fee

Prices are shown per person in GBP. A booking fee of 5% of your order total (after any promo code discount) is added to every order. It is shown as a separate line in your basket and on the secure payment page before you pay, and the total held on your card includes it. If your booking cannot be confirmed, the full amount held, including the booking fee, is released.

Promo code GO10: 10% off your first Ticket House booking, up to a maximum discount of £100 per booking. One use per customer (checked by email address). Not valid on fixed special-price packages. The 5% booking fee is calculated after the discount. GO10 cannot be combined with any other code, and we may withdraw it at any time.

Own-stock packages and Oasis Live ’27: Promo codes, including GO10, do not apply to Ticket House own-stock VIP packages or to any Oasis Live ’27 tickets (VIP and standing). In a basket that also holds other packages, a promo code applies to those other packages only, and the GO10 limits above (10%, up to £100, first booking only) are worked out on those packages alone.

3. Orders

All orders subject to availability. When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. Once your booking is confirmed we capture payment and email confirmation. If the package is unavailable the authorisation is released and you are not charged.

Booking cut-off: Where an event's start time is shown, online booking stays open until 30 minutes before the start, while packages are available.

Payment methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard, including through Apple Pay and Google Pay. American Express is not accepted.

4. Delivery

Tickets are usually delivered electronically up to 7 days before the match.

5. Event changes and cancellations

Rescheduled or postponed events: If an event is rescheduled, rearranged or postponed (a new date, time or venue), there is no refund and your booking stays valid for the new date.

Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund everything you paid, including the 5% booking fee.

6. Use of tickets

Ticket holders must comply with stadium ground regulations.
