Session times are set by the organiser and can change. Your booking covers the days stated in the package.

FAQs

How does booking work?

When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. We confirm your booking and only then take payment. If the package is unavailable, the hold is released in full.

Are prices per person?

Yes. All prices are per person in GBP, plus a 5% booking fee, which is shown as a separate line in your basket and at checkout before you pay. What is included (dining, drinks, seat location) varies by package and is confirmed in your booking email.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are usually delivered electronically up to 7 days before the event.

What if session times change?

Session times are set by the organiser and can change. Your package covers the days stated on it. If the event is rescheduled or postponed, there is no refund and your booking stays valid for the new date. If it is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund everything you paid, including the 5% booking fee.

Is Ticket House affiliated with Formula 1 or any F1 team?

No. Ticket House is an independent seller and is not affiliated with any club, league, promoter or event organiser. Names are used for identification only.
