How much does West Ham hospitality cost?

Packages currently start from £65 per person (plus 5% booking fee) and vary by fixture and package. Bigger fixtures cost more.

Is there a dress code for hospitality at London Stadium?

The executive boxes and premium lounges ask for smart casual with collared shirts or smart shoes, while the more relaxed lounges welcome home colours. Away colours are prohibited in every lounge.

What is the nearest station to London Stadium?

Stratford and Stratford International are the main stations, about 20 minutes on foot through Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Stratford is served by the Jubilee and Central lines, the DLR, the Elizabeth line and the Overground; Hackney Wick and Pudding Mill Lane are nearer but can close for large events.

Can I book and pay from abroad?

How does booking West Ham hospitality work?

Choose a fixture and package and pay by card. When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. We confirm your booking and only then take payment. If the package is unavailable, the hold is released in full.

Are prices per person?

Yes. All prices are per person in GBP, plus a 5% booking fee, which is shown as a separate line in your basket and at checkout before you pay. What is included (dining, drinks, seat location) varies by package and is confirmed in your booking email.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are usually delivered electronically up to 7 days before the event.

What happens if the date or kick-off time changes?

Kick-off times are often moved for TV broadcast. If a fixture is rescheduled, rearranged or postponed (a new date, time or venue), there is no refund and your booking stays valid for the new date. If it is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund everything you paid, including the 5% booking fee.
