The Milan derby between AC Milan and Inter takes its name from the gilded statue of the Virgin Mary, the Madonnina, on top of Milan Cathedral. The clubs first met in 1909, a year after Inter were founded by members who broke away from Milan.
Both clubs play at San Siro, so the stadium is the same whichever side is at home; on derby day the home club’s lounges apply. Italian tickets are nominative, so bring photo ID that matches the name on your booking.

Derbies are often moved for TV broadcast. If a match is moved to another date or time, your booking stays valid for the new date and there is no refund. If it is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund everything you paid, including the 5% booking fee.
