When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. We confirm your booking and only then take payment. If the package is unavailable, the hold is released in full. Prices are per person in GBP, plus a 5% booking fee.

Is there a dress code for hospitality at Loftus Road?

Any dress code for your package is stated in your confirmation email; smart casual is the usual standard in hospitality areas.

How does booking QPR hospitality work?

Choose a fixture and package and pay by card. When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. We confirm your booking and only then take payment. If the package is unavailable, the hold is released in full.

Are prices per person?

Yes. All prices are per person in GBP, plus a 5% booking fee, which is shown as a separate line in your basket and at checkout before you pay. What is included (dining, drinks, seat location) varies by package and is confirmed in your booking email.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets are usually delivered electronically up to 7 days before the event.

What happens if the date or kick-off time changes?

Kick-off times are often moved for TV broadcast. If a fixture is rescheduled, rearranged or postponed (a new date, time or venue), there is no refund and your booking stays valid for the new date. If it is cancelled and not rescheduled, we refund everything you paid, including the 5% booking fee.
